Gabe founded, scaled, and led his SaaS company to a strategic exit in 2018. He’s also worked as an M&A investment banker in Palo Alto and a private equity investor in Boston.
Gabe is a co-founder and Partner at ScaleView Partners where he leverages his experience as a founder, advisor, investor, and executive to help other founders achieve their goals through liquidity events and capital raises.
Prior to ScaleView, Gabe was founder and CEO of MineralSoft, the leading SaaS company for energy asset management.
Gabe led MineralSoft from its inception in 2015 through rapid growth in revenue and employees and investment rounds from Y Combinator (W’16) and top energy technology venture capital firms, culminating in a successful strategic exit to Enverus in 2018.
At Enverus, Gabe served as a Senior Vice President and GM of Minerals, leading product and strategy for his division and helping to evaluate acquisition opportunities for the market leading SaaS company in the energy vertical.
Prior to his operating career, Gabe spent a decade working in finance, partnering with technology companies in both buy-side and sell-side roles — first as an investment banker at a boutique M&A firm in Palo Alto and then as a private equity investor with North Bridge Growth Equity in Boston.
A native of central Arkansas, Gabe received his BA from Yale University and attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania for his MBA prior to taking leave to found his first company.
Jay built the sales team at his startup that led to a successful exit in 2018. Previously he directed private equity investments in public and private technology companies.
Jay is a co-founder and Partner at ScaleView Partners where he guides founders of private technology companies to make better decisions that accelerate the achievement of both personal and corporate goals.
Jay has two decades of experience working with technology companies as a sell side advisor, investor, and an operator.
Prior to ScaleView, Jay built a successful sales team at MineralSoft, a vertical SaaS technology company, from pre-revenue through to a successful exit to Enverus in 2018.
Prior to MineralSoft, Jay worked for Iroquois Capital, a New York based tech-focused private equity fund where he directed growth investments in public and private energy technology companies.
Jay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and computer information systems from the University of Miami.
Jordan has worked with multiple technology startups from inception through exit, and spent nine years at Goldman Sachs advising clients on $50B+ in public and private transactions. He played five seasons at Duke under men’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, winning the National Championship in 2010.
Jordan is a co-founder and Partner at ScaleView Partners where he works with founders of private technology companies to maximize their outcomes.
Prior to ScaleView, Jordan spent nine years at Goldman Sachs in the Global Markets Division, in Boston and New York.
While at GS, Jordan covered a range of clients including pension funds, family offices, endowments and foundations for cross-asset derivatives and financing.
In his time at GS, Jordan developed an in-depth understanding of global capital markets while focusing on solving client’s problems through structured solutions.
Jordan earned a BA in Psychology from Duke University where he was a five year letterwinner on the men’s basketball team, and a leader on the 2010 National Championship team.
He also earned a Masters of Management from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
